Amendment: A 6ft 7in model V grand piano in a rosewood case on dual square tapered legs; together with two stools.

Condition Report:
LOT 122 – BECHSTEIN GRAND
Is a Model VA.
Casework: Is in acceptable condition but there is patchy colour and a breakdown of polish in certain areas.
Frame and Soundboard: Are solid but this piano has been attacked by moth – the best way of putting it is the piano has been ravaged by moth – this will need to be dealt with. The strings and pins are again solid but there is corrosion throughout the treble strings – this will also need to be dealt with.
Keys and Keyboard: Is ivory and in generally good condition.
General Notes: This piano is now in need of all the work and I would only advise taking this on if you have somebody who is prepared to do this for you.
