Please Note:

  • All pianos must be removed from the venue by 16:00 on the Thursday following the auction.

  • If payment in full has not been received by 17:00 on the Wednesday following the auction, then your piano will be packed and held by one of our carriers until your payment has cleared into our bank account.

  • Piano(s) that have not been collected will incur a storage charge of £25 + VAT per lot, per day and will be subject to a £65 + VAT (upright) or a £95 + VAT (grand) per lot transfer fee.

  • An additional £95+VAT will be charged to any other Transport Company needing assistance on collection.

  • The above does not apply if you are using Griffin Transport UK or Butler Smith.
