Getting your piano home.
Collect from Watford in person or book door-to-door with one of our preferred specialist piano carriers. Three trusted partners cover the UK and mainland Europe.
Collection deadline.
All pianos have to be removed from the auction venue by 16:00 on the Thursday following the auction.
If you are using another carrier other than Griffin Transport UK, Butler Smith or Griffioen Transport (EU) they will need to arrange a collection time and date directly with the venue. Pianos not collected by this time will be subject to a storage and transfer charge. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Free storage
The first 14 days after invoice are included. Modest daily charges apply after that.
In-person collection
From our Watford warehouse, Monday to Friday by appointment. Bring a vehicle suited to the piano you have bought.
Insurance
Our preferred carriers are fully insured for the move. Damage in transit, in the rare event, is covered.
