Condition Report:
LOT 27 – YAMAHA GRAND
Casework: The case is in generally good condition. There are one or two impact marks, most notably on the front rail at the bass end and there is also a little bit of damage to the cheek block at the bass end, one or two nicks on legs, there is scuffing to the side at the bass end at the back of the piano and there are one or two scratches. There is also a very small area of damage to the folded back part of the lid. So nothing serious, it is all easy to repair. Other than that, the case is in good order.
Frame, Pins, Strings, Soundboard and Bridges: Are all good.
Hammers and Action: The action is good.
Keys and Keyboard: Is plastic and is in good condition.
General Notes: Apart from a few basic repairs and a little bit of cleaning; there are one or two marks on the soundboard which could do with cleaning; this is potentially a very nice instrument.
