This includes a Stodart fortegrand of 1805.

Lot 37 Southwell (c1805) 
A late-eighteenth century square piano in a boxwood and ebony strung mahogany case on a tray base with four square tapering supports, the fascia bearing a floral design surrounding the maker's inscription. Sold for (hammer price ) £220

Lot 40 John Broadwood (c1835)  
A short cabinet piano in a mahogany case with a latticed and pleated panel; with turned front supports. Sold for (hammer price ) £1,400

Lot 70 Longman & Broderip  
An early-nineteenth century square piano in a mahogany case on a tray base. The fascia with a plaque bearing the maker's name. Sold for (hammer price ) £1,900

Lot 59 Stodart (c1805)  
A 5½-octave fortegrand piano in a mahogany and satinwood case on turned legs. Please note the lyre is missing. Sold for (hammer price ) £6,600
